  1. I am surprised you have no comments on this blog, I know you changed it. Please keep it up, it may take a couple years, but I think people will come to realize this is the perfect way to lose weight. I have done water fasts 10 days and 16-8 alternate day fasts for 6 weeks, but this is far better imho. I was constantly hungry on the 16-8, til the very end. the 24 hour fast seems to make me less hungry and even days I do eat, I rarely eat at 10:00 p.m. because I have no desire. I have only been on it a 2 weeks but it so easy. 292 to 285.

  2. I have told so many people about this and they all seem to fail, expect my dad. He has put down 300 to 230 now 1.5 years later. It takes time, and a dedication to changing you're life. If you accept this way of life and it sounds like you have it will happen and you will feel much like my father does, fantastic. He can even see his shoes again. Ha ha... Good luck Bill. Drink lots of water, this always helps and cant be stressed enough.
